Philadelphia’s own famed restaurateur, Stephen Starr, has done it again. With one of his newest eateries, he offers diners a buffet-style meal overlooking Philadelphia’s Mann Center for the Performing Arts. The restaurant is a giant buffet tent with lime green and black asphalt floors and plenty of tables.
It costs $46 to eat here, but that gives you an all you can eat pass to some of the best food the city has to offer. You’ll find a multi-tiered antipasto station with appetizers like Italian sausages and peppers, grilled octopus, and a variety of cheeses. A sushi bar is also there with freshly cut rolls and a carving station with various meets, including a great rack of lamb.
As far as the drinks go, red and white wine is available as well as a variety of local beers. Specialty cocktails are on rotation as well, which really should be tasted.
Transport information and advice
You do not need a car to get here. The restaurant is located not far from the Wynnfield Avenue train station.
